Ganeca Officially Acquires Akalab Mahardhika Indonesia, Strengthening Its Environmental Laboratory Services in Indonesia

Ganeca Environmental Services (“Ganeca”), an integrated environmental technology and management company, officially announces the acquisition of PT Akalab Mahardhika Indonesia, an environmental laboratory based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
This strategic move forms part of Ganeca’s commitment to strengthening its technical capabilities, expanding its service coverage, and enhancing the quality of environmental testing and analytical services across Indonesia.
Through this acquisition, Ganeca will integrate Akalab Mahardhika Indonesia’s expertise in environmental laboratory services—including the testing and analysis of water, air, soil, and other environmental parameters—into Ganeca’s broader ecosystem of services. These services currently include environmental consulting and studies, environmental technology development and operations, environmental monitoring, and science- and data-driven sustainability solutions.
The Senior Managing Director of Ganeca Environmental Services stated that the acquisition represents an important milestone in the company’s long-term growth strategy.
