Environmental Laboratory Testing

Laboratory testing is provided through PT Akalab Mahardika Indonesia (Akalab), Ganeca’s environmental laboratory subsidiary.

Yes. Our team can develop a sampling plan, conduct field measurements and sample collection, maintain sample integrity, and coordinate laboratory analysis.

Please contact the laboratory before sending samples. Our team will provide guidance regarding sample containers, required volume, preservation, holding time, labelling, and delivery arrangements.

Yes. Treatability testing may include jar tests, sedimentation tests, chemical-dose optimisation, settling evaluation, and other project-specific assessments to support treatment-process selection and design.

Yes. Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, calibration, sensor cleaning, and data-quality checks can be provided according to the instrument, manufacturer’s recommendations, and applicable requirements.

Monitoring technology supports compliance by providing timely and traceable data. Compliance also depends on proper instrument placement, operation, maintenance, calibration, data validation, and timely management response.

Yes. Ganeca can enter into an appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving confidential project information.

The project generally proceeds through contract confirmation, kick-off, data collection, mobilisation planning, technical execution, quality review, delivery of outputs, and follow-up support.

The project schedule depends on scope, location, field access, data availability, laboratory requirements, equipment procurement, and regulatory processes. A detailed timeline will be included in the proposal.

Technical Support for Existing Clients

Receive support for monitoring systems, treatment plants, laboratory projects, studies, and other active Ganeca services.

Contact your designated project representative or the support channel stated in your contract. Include the company name, project or contract reference, site location, equipment details, issue description, time of occurrence, and supporting photographs or screenshots.

Use the escalation or emergency channel specified in your service agreement. The general website contact number should not be treated as an emergency response line unless this has been agreed in the project contract.

Provide the site location, equipment list, device identification, last service date, current condition, and preferred service window. Our team will confirm the required scope and schedule.

Access is provided to authorised client personnel through the agreed data platform, project representative, or reporting channel. User permissions are managed according to the project configuration.

Please request an approved secure submission channel from your project representative. Sensitive technical or commercial documents should not be submitted through a general public form.

Feedback may be submitted through your project manager or Ganeca’s official contact channel. Please include sufficient project details so the matter can be recorded, reviewed, and followed up appropriately.
