Ganeca supports the preparation and evaluation of environmental documents such as AMDAL, UKL-UPL, SPPL, DELH, DPLH, Kajian Teknis / Pertek, environmental document addenda, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), and other project-specific documentation.
Yes. We support technical studies and documentation for wastewater-related approvals, including discharge to surface water, water utilisation, and other applicable technical approval requirements.

Regulatory decisions remain under the authority of the relevant government institutions. Ganeca prepares technically sound and accountable documents while supporting clarification and coordination throughout the assessment process.
The duration depends on project complexity, data availability, field investigations, seasonal sampling requirements, document scope, and the regulatory review process. A project-specific schedule will be included in the proposal.
Environmental Laboratory Testing
Access reliable environmental data to support compliance assessments, treatment-system design, operational decisions, and environmental studies.
Laboratory testing is provided through PT Akalab Mahardika Indonesia (Akalab), Ganeca’s environmental laboratory subsidiary.
Depending on project requirements and the laboratory’s scope, testing may cover water, wastewater, ambient air, emissions, soil, sediment, geochemical materials, and other environmental samples.
Accreditation applies to specific parameters, methods, and testing scopes. Please contact our team to confirm the current accreditation status of the parameters required for your project.
Yes. Our team can develop a sampling plan, conduct field measurements and sample collection, maintain sample integrity, and coordinate laboratory analysis.
Please contact the laboratory before sending samples. Our team will provide guidance regarding sample containers, required volume, preservation, holding time, labelling, and delivery arrangements.
Yes. Treatability testing may include jar tests, sedimentation tests, chemical-dose optimisation, settling evaluation, and other project-specific assessments to support treatment-process selection and design.
Turnaround time depends on the parameters, analytical methods, number of samples, and project requirements. The estimated completion time will be stated in the quotation.

Smart Environmental Monitoring

Ganeca supports SPARING, ONLIMO, SPAS, CEMS, AQMS, Automatic Weather Stations, flow monitoring, and other integrated environmental monitoring systems.
SPARING is designed for continuous online monitoring of wastewater quality and discharge data. ONLIMO is used for continuous monitoring of water quality in rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and other surface-water bodies.
Ganeca can support system design, installation, and applicable data integration with the KLH/BPLH platform. Connectivity remains subject to current technical requirements, platform specifications, and regulatory approval.

Yes. Ganeca can enter into an appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving confidential project information.
The project generally proceeds through contract confirmation, kick-off, data collection, mobilisation planning, technical execution, quality review, delivery of outputs, and follow-up support.
The project schedule depends on scope, location, field access, data availability, laboratory requirements, equipment procurement, and regulatory processes. A detailed timeline will be included in the proposal.
Technical Support for Existing Clients
Receive support for monitoring systems, treatment plants, laboratory projects, studies, and other active Ganeca services.
Contact your designated project representative or the support channel stated in your contract. Include the company name, project or contract reference, site location, equipment details, issue description, time of occurrence, and supporting photographs or screenshots.
Use the escalation or emergency channel specified in your service agreement. The general website contact number should not be treated as an emergency response line unless this has been agreed in the project contract.
Provide the site location, equipment list, device identification, last service date, current condition, and preferred service window. Our team will confirm the required scope and schedule.
Access is provided to authorised client personnel through the agreed data platform, project representative, or reporting channel. User permissions are managed according to the project configuration.
Please request an approved secure submission channel from your project representative. Sensitive technical or commercial documents should not be submitted through a general public form.
Feedback may be submitted through your project manager or Ganeca’s official contact channel. Please include sufficient project details so the matter can be recorded, reviewed, and followed up appropriately.
