Strengthening Quality Through Systems and Standards
As Manager of Quality Assurance at PT Ganeca Environmental Services, Siska Nuraprianisandi is responsible for helping build the systems, standards, and internal processes that support the company’s continued growth.
Her role extends beyond checking the quality of individual outputs. She focuses on creating an organizational environment where quality is built into the way Ganeca works—from process documentation and standardization to implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Siska holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Institut Teknologi Nasional (ITENAS), Bandung, and is currently pursuing the Professional Engineer Program at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).
Since beginning her professional career in 2018, she has developed extensive experience in environmental research and consulting, including wastewater management, environmental monitoring, environmental permitting, hydrological studies, environmental assessment, and projects associated with Indonesia’s mining sector.
This technical foundation provides her with an important perspective in her current role. Rather than developing quality systems purely from an administrative standpoint, Siska understands how procedures, documentation, technical standards, project execution, and client requirements interact in real operating environments.

In her current role, Siska contributes to the development and continuous improvement of Ganeca’s internal management system, with focus areas including:

Environmental Foundation
Before moving into quality assurance leadership, Siska built her professional foundation through environmental research, consulting, and technical studies. Her experience includes environmental assessment, wastewater management, hydrology, environmental permitting, modelling, data analysis, and post-mining studies.
